SOUND & VISION: Entry.till records both sound and vision from up to three different camera angles ensuring that your cash is safe and secure. You can instantly playback video from your historic events or the latest transaction.

 

WATCH LIVE ONLINE: Entry.till can be viewed online live from anywhere in the world. Using your special password you can access your system at anytime and even watch the live transaction and hear the audio feed as well as access your data and information.

 

ENTRY & EXIT CAPACITY COUNTER: Entry.till can be used to manage the capacity of your venue, not only counting people in, but counting people out. At the end of the night you will receive a full graphic report of male to female ratios, average arrival times, as well as an hourly break down of arrivals and departures.

PRICING AND EVENT TEMPLATE MANAGER: Entry.till has a fully automated pricing template manager which is easy to master. The template manger intelligently prompts for event templates on days that it thinks these should feature. If you have a small group or party who you have allocated a special price to it is quick and simple to add them to your template manger and control their entry.

 

CLOAKROOM FEATURE CHECK: Entry.till can now also be used to print sequential coat check tickets enabling you to manage your coats from Entry.till. Each ticket is printed in duplicate, one for the customer and one for the hanger. You can add a monetary value to each transaction which will be processed through the EntyTill system and included as a sale in your Zread for the session takings.

 

REVENUE REPORTS COMPATABLE WITH SAGE & OTHER ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS: Entry.till will produce multiple complex and revealing revenue reports. Additionally, you can quickly review video playback of all refunds or free entries.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES: Within the membership module, you can create multiple membership schemes and types each with its own membership pricing structure - such as fixed amount off, complimentary entry, you can also give membership types colour schemes.

 

MEMBERSHIP ENROLEMENT: When enrolling a member you scan their finger three times, you can optionally add details like name, addresses, email, contact phone number, notes, as well as an expiry date for the membership.

 

MEMBER ENTRY: When in dashboard and a member comes in they scan their finger, their enrolment photo appears in the video screen and their pricing or entry entitlement appears on the dash board; if there are any special notes this will appear in a pop up, alongside an alarm if the membership has expired.
